- Aqua Palace Canada will gladly exchange or credit returns. NO cash refunds
- All returns are subject to inspection
- The items must be in their original packaging with all manufacture’s tags within 30 days with proof of purchase
- NO returns on goggles, ear plugs, nose clips, snorkels, swim caps
- Items with removed tags, items that had been in the water or shipped more than 30 days, cannot been returned.
- All clearance items are final sale
- Return shipments must be freight prepaid.
- We do monitor the number of returns made by the same account and if we notice that our return policy is being abused, we do reserve the right to close your Aqua Palace account and/or cancel future orders.
