- Add item(s) to your shopping cart
- Choose the Store Pick up option and complete your order by secure checkout
- Receive a "Ready to Pick Up" email from Aqua Palace when your order is ready for pick up
- Complete your order bring email to the pickup location
- You will be required to sign an acknowledgment when you pick up your order You have the option of having someone else pick up your order.
- Select "Store Pickup Option"
- Select "someone else will pick up this item(s)" and follow the instructions. They will have to show their valid photo ID at the store.
- They will be required to sign an acknowledgment when they pick up your order No tracking numbers for "In Store Pick Up" orders. Order status will be communicated via the order emails.
